Join the team
Welcome to the Practice Plus Group Diagnostics Buckinghamshire. I am Jeanette Jones and I am the Diagnostic Clinical Lead.
The primary focus here is to deliver leading patient care, our service provides high quality MRI, Ultrasound and X-ray services to more than 25,000 patients each year. There is no on-call or compulsory weekend work, but if it suits your work life balance then weekend and evening work is supported as well as part time / flexible hours. We have invested in state of the art equipment to ensure that we can deliver the best possible imaging for our patients and referrers.
We are committed to building and maintaining trust by sharing problems and seeking solutions. Taking time to respect and understand each others roles. Working on our teams common goals by being adaptable to changing circumstances and having a healthy difference of opinion by recognising differing strengths and skills across the whole team.
Training and development is very important to us; we are committed to recognising and developing our clinicians through advanced practice and we regularly support members of our team through advanced practice courses, including MRI and X-Ray reporting courses and MSK ultrasound, supported by Radiologists based in our Hospitals.
We are really proud of the support we were able to offer during the COVID pandemic; we continued to run a diagnostic imaging service enabling patients to be cared for by their GPs and reducing demand on A and E departments. This demonstrates the dedication of the team to provide a quality patient focussed service.
